The Arkansas Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (AVDL) offers reliable, affordable, and convenient testing to aid in veterinary care for companion and production animals including Coggins testing. The AVDL lab is accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation. They are a member of the National Animal Health Laboratory Network (NAHLN), the Veterinary Laboratory Investigation and Response Network (Vet-LIRN), and the National Poultry Improvement Program (NPIP). The lab is open from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays. Contact the on-call pathologist at 501-773-2456 to make arrangements to drop-off necropsy specimens after-hours.

You can find the AVDL specific form for lab submissions here. Note: The Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission now recognizes all official EIA test forms from other states. The federal form VS 10-11 is the nationally recognized EIA test form for all states.
