Since 1959, the Nash, Cleveland, & Godfrey (NCG) Veterinary Clinic has been serving the needs of large and small animals and their owners. Serving Danville and the surrounding areas, this clinic offers quality veterinary medicine and compassionate care for animal patients and their clients. Over the years, this clinical practice has grown to encompass a handful of vet practitioners and more than a dozen vet technicians and office staff.

They offer comprehensive diagnostic services, as well as dentistry, reproductive services, surgery, radiology, emergency care, health certificates, farm calls and ambulatory services, fecal exams, immunizations, lameness exams, microbiology, pre-purchase exams, ultrasound, endoscopy, wellness and geriatric care. Their regular Coggins test is run on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is available within 24 hours. Their in-house diagnostic lab also has a STAT testing option available with a 2-hour turnaround.

In addition to Coggins testing for equine infectious anemia, their in-house lab services include blood and chem panels, chem panels, complete blood count (CBC), electrolytes, and thyroid. Along with testing for Cryptorchid, Cushings, Equine Protozoal Myeloencephalitis (EPM), Glucose/Insulin, Progesterone/Hormone Testing, and Trace Mineral Analysis, there are several specialized testing protocols available through arrangements with outside veterinary laboratories. But it’s all part of their commitment to providing comprehensive care to the animals that come to their clinic.
