A full-service, mixed-animal diagnostic laboratory serving the greater Rochester, NY area, the Veterinary Laboratory of Rochester provides a wide range of tests in the laboratory disciplines of hematology, biochemistry, endocrinology, coagulation and microbiology. These lab services include both AGID and ELISA Coggins testing for equine infectious anemia with turnaround times between two days and the same day when rush testing is needed.

Since 1989, the Veterinary Laboratory of Rochester has been a vital part of the local vet community and animal hospitals throughout the region. Their experienced staff includes a lab director, assistant manager, and two lab techs. In 2010, they joined VetCheck Laboratory to increase their services and available technology to customers. They consistently offer personalized service, continuity of care, and high-quality veterinary diagnostic results for vet practitioners.

Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm, and Sunday 9am – 5pm. If your vet practice needs lab testing, don’t hesitate to fill out a test request form and/or the necessary federal form for Coggins testing.
